Tampa Palms

Tampa Palms is a mixed-use planned community inside the City of Tampa, on 5,400 acres bounded by the Hillsborough River to the south and I-75 to the east. It includes 28 separate villages, from estates to townhomes and apartments, and five private parks with tennis courts, playgrounds and canoeing on the river. It is less than five miles from the University of South Florida.
