Tampa Heights

Tampa Heights is a historic neighborhood just north of downtown, framed by I-275 to the south, the Hillsborough River to the west and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to the north. It was founded in the 1880s as Tampa's first suburb. Today its bungalow-lined streets and parks sit alongside coffee shops, breweries and restaurants.
