Southeast Seminole Heights

Southeast Seminole Heights was one of Tampa's early suburbs, platted when the city limits stopped at Buffalo Avenue, now Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. It is made up mostly of restored bungalows. In 2003 it was nationally recognized as Neighborhood of the Year.
