Palma Ceia

Palma Ceia is one of Tampa's most sought-after communities, with antique red brick roads shaded by enormous oaks and a wide range of housing styles and prices. Historians still debate where its name came from; one theory is that early Spanish-speaking settlers called it the seat or base of the palm. It has kept its appeal for Tampa residents since the early 1920s.
