Beach Park

Beach Park was developed in the early 1920s on waterfront land along Old Tampa Bay that was once thick tropical brush, palms and oak forest. Large oaks, winding streets and very large lots set it apart in South Tampa. Many of its original Mediterranean-style mansions are still lived in today.
